.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
LIGHT EAST TO NORTHEAST WINDS THIS MORNING WILL BECOME MORE EASTERLY
AND INCREASE TO MODERATE LEVELS AS SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE BEGINS TO
SHIFT EAST OUT OF THE CENTRAL MISSISSIPPI RIVER VALLEY. THIS WILL
ALLOW THE WEAK TO MODERATE EASTERLY FLOW TO TURN MORE SOUTHEASTERLY
AND GRADUALLY WEDNESDAY THROUGH FRIDAY. THE ONSHORE FLOW WILL
APPROACH MODERATE TO STRONG LEVELS BY FRIDAY. ISOLATED SHOWERS
MAY DEVELOP WEDNESDAY AND CONTINUE AT TIMES THROUGH FRIDAY.
