.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
ONSHORE FLOW WILL GRADUALLY INCREASE THROUGH FRIDAY AS LOW
PRESSURE DEVELOPS ON THE LEE SIDE OF THE ROCKIES AHEAD OF AN
APPROACHING UPPER LEVEL SYSTEM. MODERATE WIND SPEEDS CAN BE
EXPECTED DURING THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING HOURS BOTH TODAY AND
AGAIN ON FRIDAY. ISOLATED SHOWERS CAN BE EXPECTED ACROSS THE
COASTAL WATERS OVERNIGHT AND EARLY EACH MORNING THROUGH FRIDAY.
RAIN AND THUNDERSTORM CHANCES WILL INCREASE THIS WEEKEND AS A
POTENT UPPER LEVEL TROUGH APPROACHES SOUTH TEXAS. SCATTERED TO
POSSIBLY NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED THIS
WEEKEND...BEFORE THE UPPER LEVEL SYSTEM BEGINS TO MOVE NORTHEAST
