.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...A WEAK NORTHEAST
WIND WILL CONTINUE THIS MORNING BEFORE TURNING SOUTHEAST THIS
AFTERNOON AS SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE MOVES EAST AND LOW PRESSURE
DEVELOPS OVER WEST TEXAS. THE WEAK TO MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW WILL
PERSIST THROUGH WEDNESDAY. ISOLATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
WILL BE POSSIBLE MAINLY THURSDAY AHEAD OF AN APPROACHING WEAK COLD
FRONT. THIS FRONT SHOULD MOVE THROUGH THE WATERS THURSDAY
AFTERNOON BRINGING AN INCREASE IN NORTHEAST WINDS. MODERATE EAST
