.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
HIGH DEW POINTS OVER THE COOLER SHELF WATERS WILL HELP TO GENERATE
DENSE SEA FOG THIS MORNING. AREAS OF DENSE SEA FOG WILL CONTINUE
UNTIL LATE MORNING BEFORE BEGINNING TO SLOWLY DISSIPATE DURING THE
AFTERNOON HOURS. A WEAK COLD FRONT OR TROUGH WILL APPROACH SOUTH
TEXAS TODAY AND STALL BEFORE REACHING THE COASTAL WATERS. AS A
RESULT...A GENERALLY WEAK ONSHORE FLOW IS EXPECTED TODAY AND
TONIGHT. AREAS OF SEA FOG WILL DEVELOP AGAIN TONIGHT AND
CONTINUE THROUGH AT LEAST THURSDAY MORNING. THE FRONT WILL
DISSIPATE ON THURSDAY AS LOW PRESSURE DEVELOPS TO THE
WEST...INCREASING THE ONSHORE FLOW. THE ONSHORE FLOW WILL CONTINUE
THROUGH FRIDAY WITH SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS POSSIBLE.
ADDITIONAL SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE AHEAD OF A
COLD FRONT THAT IS FORECAST TO MOVE THROUGH AREA WATERS SATURDAY
MORNING. WINDS WILL BECOME NORTHERLY AND GUSTY AFTER FRONTAL
PASSAGE WITH WINDS AND SEAS LIKELY REACHING SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY
