.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...A LIGHT TO

A SECONDARY SURGE OF HIGH PRESSURE MOVES INTO THE COASTAL WATERS.
A MODERATE TO STRONG NORTHEAST WINDS IS EXPECTED ON WEDNESDAY
WITH WINDS REACHING SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY LEVELS OVER THE GULF

WEAK UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE MOVES ACROSS WEDNESDAY. A MODERATE
NORTHEAST TO EAST FLOW CAN BE EXPECTED THROUGH SATURDAY AS SURFACE
HIGH PRESSURE REMAINS ALONG THE COAST AND A STORM SYSTEM MOVES
ACROSS THE AREA. AS A RESULT...CONDITIONS MAY APPROACH ADVISORY
LEVELS AT TIMES ACROSS THE GULF WATERS. THERE WILL BE A CHANCE OF
