.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...A WEAK TO
MODERATE NORTHEAST WIND IS EXPECTED TODAY AS THE HIGH PRESSURE
RIDGE SETTLES INTO THE COAST...WITH ONSHORE FLOW RESUMING
TONIGHT AS THE HIGH MOVES EAST. AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL
COMBINE WITH INCREASING MOISTURE TO PROVIDE SCATTERED SHOWERS AND
POSSIBLE THUNDERSTORMS LATER TODAY INTO TONIGHT. OFFSHORE FLOW
WILL RETURN ON FRIDAY AS HIGH PRESSURE PUSHES SOUTH THROUGH TEXAS.
ANOTHER ROUND OF SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS IS
EXPECTED ON FRIDAY. DRIER CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED SATURDAY THEN
INCREASING RAIN CHANCES ONCE AGAIN ON SUNDAY. A MODERATE ONSHORE
