.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
A MODERATE OFFSHORE FLOW WILL DEVELOP BY THIS AFTERNOON IN
RESPONSE TO FRONTAL BOUNDARY. AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL
PROVIDE A CHANCE FOR SHOWERS THROUGH THIS MORNING. OFFSHORE FLOW
WILL BECOME STRONG TONIGHT AS SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS OVER
THE REGION. DRIER CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED SATURDAY. RAIN CHANCES
THEN INCREASING AGAIN SUNDAY THROUGH EARLY MONDAY. A MODERATE TO
STRONG ONSHORE FLOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE FIRST HALF OF THE
WEEK WITH WINDS AND SEAS LIKELY SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY CONDITIONS AT
