.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
LIGHT SOUTHEAST WINDS WILL GRADUALLY INCREASE TODAY AS A DEEPENING
AREA OF SURFACE LOW PRESSURE MOVES ACROSS THE CENTRAL PLAINS.
THIS SYSTEM WILL PUSH A WEAK FRONTAL BOUNDARY INTO THE REGION
OVERNIGHT...AND BE THE FOCUS FOR FOG DEVELOPMENT ACROSS THE MARINE
AREAS TONIGHT THROUGH EARLY TUESDAY MORNING. WINDS WILL WEAKEN
TUESDAY AND BECOME EAST TO NORTHEAST AS THE BOUNDARY STALLS
OVER THE AREA. WEAK ONSHORE FLOW WILL PREVAIL WEDNESDAY AND
THURSDAY ALONG WITH CHANCES FOR SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS AHEAD OF
AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE. A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH THE
COASTAL WATERS LATE THURSDAY NIGHT RESULTING IN A STRONG OFFSHORE
FLOW ON FRIDAY.
