.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
GENERALLY LIGHT SOUTHERLY WINDS ARE FORECAST FOR TODAY...BEFORE
A SLIGHT INCREASE TONIGHT. THE WEAK TO MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW WILL
PERSIST INTO THURSDAY. A COLD FRONT WILL ENTER THE WATERS FRIDAY
MORNING...BRINGING STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW AND A CHANCE FOR SHOWERS
AND THUNDERSTORMS. RAIN CHANCES WILL CONTINUE BEHIND THE FRONT
FRIDAY AS AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE IMPACTS THE WATERS. THIS
DISTURBANCE WILL MOVE EAST OF THE WATERS ON SATURDAY. ONSHORE FLOW
WILL RESUME LATE SATURDAY AS THE SURFACE HIGH MOVES INTO THE
NORTHERN GULF STATES. ONSHORE FLOW WILL INCREASE ON SUNDAY AS LOW
PRESSURE DEEPENS OVER THE GREAT PLAINS.
