.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...A WEAK TO MODERATE
EASTERLY FLOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THIS EVENING. AREAS OF SEA
FOG MAY DEVELOP TONIGHT ACROSS THE BAYS AND NEARSHORE WATERS AND
LINGER INTO TUESDAY AFTERNOON. THE ONSHORE FLOW WILL STRENGTHEN
TUESDAY AS AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE DEEPENS ACROSS THE GREAT
PLAINS. AREAS OF SEA FOG MAY AGAIN OCCUR LATE TUESDAY THROUGH
MIDWEEK AS MOISTURE POOLS AHEAD OF A WEAK COLD FRONT WILL STALL
NEAR THE COAST WEDNESDAY. MODERATE TO OCCASIONALLY STRONG ONSHORE
FLOW WILL DEVELOP TOWARDS THE SECOND HALF OF THE WORK WEEK AHEAD
OF AN APPROACHING COLD FRONT. THE FRONT WILL BRING A SLIGHT
CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS TO THE AREA FRIDAY THROUGH
FRIDAY NIGHT. STRONG OFFSHORE WINDS WILL THEN DEVELOP IN WAKE
OF THE FRONTAL PASSAGE.
