.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
PATCHY SEA FOG OVER THE BAYS AND NEARSHORE WATERS IS EXPECTED TO
LINGER OVER THE MARINE AREAS TODAY...HOWEVER DENSE FOG IS NOT
EXPECTED. THE ONSHORE FLOW WILL INCREASE SLIGHTLY TODAY AS LOW
PRESSURE DEVELOPS IN THE LEE OF THE ROCKIES. AN AREA OF LOW
PRESSURE OVER THE HIGH PLAINS WILL MAINTAIN A WEAK TO MODERATE
SOUTHEAST FLOW THURSDAY THROUGH SATURDAY. THE ONSHORE WIND WILL
STRENGTHEN TO MODERATE TO STRONG LEVELS SUNDAY AND MONDAY...AND
RESULT IN BUILDING SEAS.
