.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
MODERATE SOUTHERLY FLOW WILL CONTINUE INTO EARLY THIS AFTERNOON
BEFORE A DECREASE IN WINDS IS EXPECTED WITH AN APPROACHING COLD
FRONT. SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON
AND EVENING ALONG THE FRONT. STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW IS THEN FORECAST
TO DEVELOP BY LATE FRIDAY NIGHT AND SATURDAY. GALE FORCE WIND
GUSTS WILL BE POSSIBLE ON SATURDAY. A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY WILL
MOST LIKELY BE NEEDED ON SATURDAY. OFFSHORE FLOW AND SEAS WILL
GRADUALLY WEAKEN BY SUNDAY AS HIGH PRESSURE SLOWLY BUILDS SOUTH
INTO THE WESTERN GULF OF MEXICO.
