PLAINS TODAY AND AS SURFACE LOW PRESSURE PERSISTS OVER WEST TEXAS
SATURDAY. THE MODERATE TO STRONG ONSHORE FLOW WILL BEGIN TO
WEAKEN MONDAY THROUGH TUESDAY AS THE PRESSURE GRADIENT OVER THE
