.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...A WEAK SOUTHWEST
FLOW WILL OCCUR THIS MORNING WITH THE SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE AREA
OVER THE NORTHWEST GULF OF MEXICO. THE WINDS WILL RETURN TO SOUTH
AND SOUTHEAST BY THIS AFTERNOON AS A WEAK SEA-BREEZE DEVELOPS. THE
ONSHORE FLOW WILL STRENGTHEN TONIGHT AS LOW PRESSURE DEEPENS OVER
THE SOUTHERN HIGH PLAINS OF WEST TEXAS. THE ONSHORE FLOW WILL
BECOME MODERATE BY WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON. A MODERATE TO
OCCASIONALLY STRONG ONSHORE FLOW WILL DEVELOP DURING THE SECOND
HALF OF THE WEEK WITH WINDS APPROACHING SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY
CONDITIONS. SEAS WILL ALSO BUILD IN RESPONSE TO THE INCREASE IN
WINDS. BRIEF ISOLATED SHOWERS WILL BE POSSIBLE DURING THE WEEKEND.
