SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
A WEAK NORTHEAST FLOW WILL PERSIST THROUGH TODAY DUE TO THE
COMBINATION OF SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE OVER NORTHERN TEXAS AND LOW
PRESSURE OVER THE GULF WATERS. A WEAK ONSHORE FLOW WILL THEN
DEVELOP SATURDAY AS THE SURFACE HIGH SHIFTS EAST. THERE WILL
REMAIN A CHANCE FOR SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS THROUGH SATURDAY.
WEAK ONSHORE FLOW SUNDAY WILL BECOME MODERATE MONDAY AND TUESDAY
AS SURFACE LOW PRESSURE DEEPENS OVER THE SOUTHERN PLAINS.
