.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
AN ONSHORE FLOW WILL SLOWLY STRENGTHEN TODAY AND WILL BRING AN
INCREASE IN SURFACE MOISTURE...ENOUGH SO THAT PATCHY SEA FOG WILL
BE POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING ACROSS AREA BAYS AND THE
ADJACENT NEARSHORE WATERS. AREAS OF SEA FOG WILL BE POSSIBLE LATE
TONIGHT INTO EARLY SATURDAY MORNING AS A WARMER AND MORE MOIST
AIRMASS OVERRIDES THE COOLER SHELF WATERS. ALONG WITH THE
POSSIBILITY OF SEA FOG...A SLIGHT CHANCE OF SHOWERS WILL DEVELOP
LATE TONIGHT WITH A SLIGHT CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ON
SATURDAY. A COLD FRONT IS THEN EXPECTED TO PUSH THROUGH THE REGION
