.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
A WEAK TO MODERATE EAST FLOW IS EXPECTED ACROSS THE WATERS
TODAY AS A FRONTAL BOUNDARY STALLS NORTH OF THE GULF WATERS.
WINDS WILL SHIFT MORE TO THE SOUTHEAST TONIGHT AS HIGH PRESSURE
SHIFTS FARTHER EAST. THE ONSHORE FLOW WILL INCREASE TO MODERATE
LEVELS ON THURSDAY AHEAD OF THE NEXT COLD FRONT TO IMPACT SOUTH
TEXAS. WIND SPEEDS DIMINISH THURSDAY NIGHT AND EARLY FRIDAY
MORNING JUST AHEAD THE FRONTAL BOUNDARY...WHEN THERE WILL ALSO BE
A SLIGHT CHANCE OF SHOWERS ON FRIDAY. A MODERATE TO STRONG
OFFSHORE FLOW IS THEN EXPECTED TO DEVELOP FRIDAY EVENING AND
