.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
A LIGHT WIND REGIME IS EXPECTED FOR THE WATERS TODAY...AS A LOW
PRESSURE TROUGH REMAINS OVER SOUTH TEXAS. THE TROUGH WILL MOVE
EAST TONIGHT...ALLOWING A COLD FRONT TO MOVE INTO THE WATERS LATE
TONIGHT...BRINGING MODERATE OFFSHORE FLOW TO THE WATERS ON FRIDAY.
AN ONSHORE FLOW WILL RESUME OVER THE WEEKEND WITH WINDS GRADUALLY
STRENGTHENING AND SEAS BUILDING. A WEAK COLD FRONT WILL BRING
NORTH TO NORTHEAST WINDS AND RAW CONDITIONS TO THE AREA EARLY NEXT
WEEK.
