.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
EXPECT AREAS OF SEA FOG TO PERSIST EARLY THIS MORNING OVER THE
COASTAL WATERS. WEAK TO MODERATE NORTHEAST FLOW EARLY THIS
MORNING...IN RESPONSE TO A WEAK FRONTAL BOUNDARY...WILL BECOME
EAST BY AFTERNOON. A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE ACROSS THE WATERS
TONIGHT AND RESULT IN MODERATE TO STRONG NORTHEAST FLOW. ISOLATED
SHOWERS ARE EXPECTED IN ASSOCIATION WITH THE FRONT. MODERATE TO
STRONG NORTHEAST WINDS WEDNESDAY WILL BECOME SOUTHEAST THURSDAY
THROUGH SATURDAY AS LOW PRESSURE DEVELOPS TO THE NORTHWEST.
