ONSHORE FLOW WILL INCREASE TO MODERATE LEVELS TODAY AS SURFACE LOW
PRESSURE DEVELOPS TO THE NORTHWEST. PREDOMINATELY MODERATE ONSHORE
FLOW WILL PERSIST TONIGHT. PATCHY SEA FOG ANTICIPATED FOR EARLY
FRIDAY MORNING. ONSHORE FLOW WILL WEAKEN SOMEWHAT FRIDAY AS A
FRONTAL BOUNDARY APPROACHES SOUTHERN TEXAS FROM THE NORTH. A
WEAK TO MODERATE SOUTHERLY FLOW CAN BE EXPECTED FRIDAY NIGHT AND
SATURDAY. THERE IS A SLIGHT CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
SATURDAY MORNING...MAINLY NORTH OF PORT ARANSAS. A COLD FRONT
WILL MOVE ACROSS THE AREA SATURDAY NIGHT INTO SUNDAY...WITH
