WEST TEXAS AND MEXICO WITH HIGH PRESSURE TO OUR EAST. WEAK TO
OCCASIONALLY MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW WILL PERSIST MONDAY. A COLD
FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH THE WATERS TUESDAY. MODERATE TO STRONG
