Discussion:

A major sea fog event is expected to begin early Thursday morning, first for the lower and middle Texas coast. By noon or early afternoon Thursday, the marine fog event should begin for the Upper Texas coast. The fog is expected to be continuous along the Gulf Coast until the passage of a cold front from west to east Saturday Night. The fog should end Saturday evening for the lower and middle Texas Coast and around midnight for the upper Texas Coast.

THURSDAY NIGHT...AS LOW PRESSURE DEVELOPS OVER THE LEE OF THE

ROCKIES...AND HIGH PRESSURE REMAINS OVER THE SOUTHEASTERN UNITED

STATES. INCREASING GULF MOISTURE MOVING OVER THE COOL SHELF

WATERS WILL PRODUCE PATCHY SEA FOG TONIGHT AND THURSDAY...POSSIBLY

INCREASING IN COVERAGE THURSDAY NIGHT. THE SEA FOG WILL CARRY ON

THROUGH THE END OF THE WEEK BEFORE A COLD FRONT PUSHES IT OUT

SATURDAY. WINDS WILL INCREASE TO MODERATE AND STRONG LEVELS BY

LATE WEEK WITH SEAS ALSO BUILDING. A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY WILL
