PRECIPITATION OVER THE WATERS THIS AFTERNOON. DRY CONDITIONS ARE
EXPECTED SATURDAY THROUGH MONDAY AS AN UPPER LEVEL HIGH PRESSURE
SYSTEM BUILDS OVER THE REGION. A WEAK TO MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW
