LEVEL DISTURBANCE MOVING ACROSS SOUTH TEXAS TODAY AND AGAIN LATER
TONIGHT INTO FRIDAY MORNING...SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP OVER THE COASTAL WATERS
TODAY THROUGH FRIDAY. A MODERATE EAST TO NORTHEAST FLOW WILL OCCUR
