.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
A GENERALLY WEAK AND AT TIMES VARIABLE FLOW WILL OCCUR TODAY
ACROSS AREA BAYS AND THE NEARSHORE WATERS THIS MORNING. AREAS OF
DENSE FOG ACROSS THE SOUTHERN BAYS AND WATERWAYS WILL REDUCE
VISIBILITIES TO BELOW 1 NM AT TIMES...WITH HIGHER VISIBILITIES
ACROSS THE NORTHERN BAYS AND WATERWAYS THIS MORNING. A MODERATE SOUTHERLY
FLOW WILL OCCUR ACROSS THE OFFSHORE WATERS IN THE VICINITY OF A
COASTAL TROUGH. A VERY STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW WITH FREQUENT GUSTS TO
GALE FORCE WILL DEVELOP TONIGHT AND INTO MONDAY IN THE WAKE OF A
STRONG COLD FRONT THAT WILL PUSH THROUGH THE AREA THIS EVENING.
CHANCES OF LIGHT RAIN AND SHOWERS WILL BE POSSIBLE TODAY AND THIS
EVENING. STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW MONDAY NIGHT WILL DECREASE FROM WEST
TO EAST TUESDAY AS THE CENTER OF A SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM
APPROACHES THE COAST. WEAK TO MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW WILL DEVELOP
LATE TUESDAY AND CONTINUE THROUGH THURSDAY...AS THE HIGH MOVES
EAST AND AS A COASTAL TROUGH DEVELOPS. THE COASTAL TROUGH WILL
