.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL MOVE ACROSS THE WATERS TODAY
FOLLOWED BY A VERY STRONG NORTHEAST FLOW THROUGH TONIGHT. FREQUENT
GUSTS TO GALE FORCE ARE EXPECTED ACROSS THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL
AND NEARSHORE WATERS. THERE IS A SLIGHT CHANCE TO CHANCE FOR LIGHT
RAIN TONIGHT AND THROUGH THE DAY THURSDAY. THE NORTHEAST FLOW
WILL DIMINISH THURSDAY WITH A WEAK TO MODERATE NORTHEAST TO EAST
FLOW DEVELOPING THURSDAY NIGHT. A COASTAL TROUGH WILL DEVELOP
BY SATURDAY MORNING RESULTING IN A STRONG NORTHEAST FLOW AND AREAS
OF RAIN. AN UPPER LEVEL STORM SYSTEM WILL ALSO APPROACH THE
WATERS FRIDAY NIGHT AND SATURDAY...INCREASING THE CHANCES FOR
RAIN. RAIN CHANCES AND WINDS WILL BEGIN TO TAPER OFF BY SUNDAY AS
THE UPPER SYSTEM MOVES EAST OF THE WATERS AND THE PRESSURE
