.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
AREAS OF FOG ACROSS AREA BAYS AND THE ADJACENT NEARSHORE WATERS
ARE EXPECTED TO DISSIPATE THROUGH EARLY AFTERNOON. A WEAK
NORTHERLY FLOW WILL GRADUALLY STRENGTHEN THIS AFTERNOON AS A COLD
FRONT PUSHES SOUTH ACROSS THE AREA. NORTHERLY FLOW WILL STRENGTHEN
FURTHER AND BECOME STRONG TONIGHT AND INTO TUESDAY. GENERALLY
MODERATE OFFSHORE FLOW WILL PERSIST WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY OVER
THE COASTAL WATERS. LIGHT RAIN WILL BE POSSIBLE ACROSS THE AREA
BAYS AND COASTAL WATERS TUESDAY NIGHT THROUGH WEDNESDAY NIGHT.
DRIER CONDITIONS EXPECTED THURSDAY AS DRIER AIR MOVES INTO THE
