.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
A COLD FRONT WILL PUSH SOUTH ACROSS AREA WATERS THIS MORNING WITH A PERIOD OF STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW OCCURRING IN ITS WAKE. WIND SPEEDS WILL DECREASE IN INTENSITY BY LATE THIS AFTERNOON WITH A WEAK TO MODERATE NORTHEAST FLOW EXPECTED TONIGHT AND FRIDAY. A
WEAK TO MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW WILL PERSIST SATURDAY AND SUNDAY AS SURFACE LOW PRESSURE DEVELOPS OVER THE SOUTHERN PLAINS. OFFSHORE FLOW WILL DEVELOP ON MONDAY AS A WEAK FRONT MOVES THROUGH THE COASTAL WATERS.
