SEAS ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG WITH OCCASIONAL HEIGHT OF THE AVERAGE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
AREAS OF DENSE FOG WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THE BAYS AND NEARSHORE WATERS ALONG THE MIDDLE TEXAS COAST. VISIBILITIES ARE EXPECTED TO IMPROVE THROUGH THE MID MORNING HOURS AS A WEAK SURFACE TROUGH PUSHES SOUTH INTO THE REGION. A LIGHT TO MODERATE NORTHERLY FLOW
WILL THEN DEVELOP TODAY BEHIND THE WEAK SURFACE TROUGH. A WEAK TO OCCASIONALLY MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW WILL DEVELOP TUESDAY. ANOTHER WEAK COLD FRONT IS FORECAST FOR THURSDAY RESULTING IN A WEAK TO MODERATE NORTHEAST WIND. A WEAK ONSHORE FLOW WILL DEVELOP ON FRIDAY AS HIGH PRESSURE BEGINS TO SHIFT TO THE EAST...BEFORE ANOTHER WEAK FRONT STALLS OVER THE WATERS SATURDAY MORNING.
