WIND SPEEDS WILL SLOWLY INCREASE TODAY AS AN ONSHORE FLOW DEVELOPS. AREAS OF DENSE FOG ARE LIKELY ACROSS MUCH OF THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS THROUGH AT LEAST MIDDAY. A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL MOVE ACROSS THE WATERS WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND RESULT IN A PERIOD
OF VERY STRONG NORTHERLY FLOW AND HAZARDOUS SEAS INTO THURSDAY. A GALE WATCH IS IN EFFECT FOR WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND THURSDAY. GRADUALLY DIMINISHING WINDS AND SEAS ARE FORECAST FOR THE END OF THE WEEK. RAIN CHANCES WILL CONTINUE.
