.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
A GENERALLY WEAK TO MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW IS EXPECTED THROUGH THURSDAY WITH HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE NORTHERN GULF OF MEXICO. AS AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE MOVES INTO NORTH TEXAS TODAY...RAIN CHANCES WILL CONTINUE TO DIMINISH LATER THIS AFTERNOON AND
TONIGHT. FOG AGAIN WILL BE EXPECTED TONIGHT AND THURSDAY ALTHOUGH WITH WATER TEMPERATURES BEING WARMER THE POTENTIAL FOR DENSE FOG WILL BE LESS. A WEAK ONSHORE FLOW IS FORECAST FOR LATE THIS WEEK BEFORE ANOTHER STRONG STORM SYSTEM APPROACHES THE REGION. RAIN CHANCES WILL INCREASE BY LATE FRIDAY AND INTO SATURDAY WITH A WEAK OFFSHORE FLOW OCCURRING BY SUNDAY.
