.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
A GENERALLY WEAK ONSHORE FLOW IS EXPECTED THROUGH THE END OF THE WEEK AS ANOTHER STRONG UPPER LEVEL STORM SYSTEM APPROACHES THE REGION. PATCHY FOG IS EXPECTED TONIGHT AS WELL...AND WILL PERSIST THROUGH FRIDAY AHEAD OF THE STORM SYSTEM. RAIN CHANCES WILL
INCREASE BY FRIDAY NIGHT INTO SATURDAY. A WEAK FRONTAL BOUNDARY WILL MOVE THROUGH THE COASTAL WATERS SATURDAY NIGHT WITH A WEAK OFFSHORE FLOW OCCURRING THROUGH MONDAY MORNING. RAIN CHANCES WILL DIMINISH BY SUNDAY WITH DRY CONDITIONS EXPECTED FOR MONDAY.  ONSHORE FLOW WILL RETURN TO THE WATERS BY MONDAY NIGHT.
