.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
A WEAK TO MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH TONIGHT...AS HIGH PRESSURE SHIFTS TO THE EAST AND LOW PRESSURE DEVELOPS OVER NORTHWEST TEXAS. A COLD FRONT WILL APPROACH THE WATERS THURSDAY MORNING...AND MOVE OFFSHORE BY MID THURSDAY AFTERNOON. SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED AHEAD AND ALONG THE FRONTAL BOUNDARY. A MODERATE TO STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW WILL OCCUR IN THE WAKE OF THE FRONT...WITH RAIN CHANCES ENDING BY THURSDAY EVENING WITH DRIER AIR MOVING INTO THE REGION. WINDS AND SEAS WILL DECREASE AND SUBSIDE FRIDAY...AS HIGH PRESSURE MOVES INTO TEXAS. ONSHORE FLOW WILL RESUME ON SATURDAY...WITH A WEAK TO MODERATE SOUTHERLY FLOW AND DRY CONDITIONS EXPECTED THIS WEEKEND AS UPPER LEVEL HIGH PRESSURE REMAINS IN CONTROL OF THE WESTERN GULF OF MEXICO.
