.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE WILL GRADUALLY SHIFT EAST TODAY AND TONIGHT...RESULTING IN A GRADUAL RETURN TO ONSHORE FLOW BY LATE AFTERNOON. ONSHORE FLOW WILL INCREASE ON FRIDAY AS LOW PRESSURE DEVELOPS IN THE SOUTHERN PLAINS. A WEAK TO MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW
IS FORECAST TO THEN PREVAIL OVER THE WEEKEND THROUGH MUCH OF NEXT WEEK. ISOLATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL RETURN BY EARLY NEXT WEEK AS MOISTURE VALUES INCREASE AND AN UPPER LEVEL WEATHER DISTURBANCE PUSHES THROUGH THE AREA.
