.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
A WEAK TO MODERATE SOUTH FLOW THIS MORNING WILL INCREASE TO MODERATE TO STRONG BY TONIGHT AS AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE MOVES FROM THE SOUTHWESTERN UNITED STATES TO THE SOUTHERN PLAINS. AREAS OF DENSE FOG WILL PERSIST OVER THE BAYS AND NEARSHORE WATERS THIS MORNING. ISOLATED SHOWERS WILL DEVELOP TONIGHT IN ADVANCE OF A COLD FRONT. THE FRONT WILL MOVE ACROSS THE WATERS EARLY TUESDAY MORNING AND MODERATE TO STRONG NORTH FLOW WILL DEVELOP IN RESPONSE. REINFORCING HIGH PRESSURE WILL RESULT IN A MODERATE TO
STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW TUESDAY NIGHT THROUGH THURSDAY. A WEAK ONSHORE FLOW WILL DEVELOP ON FRIDAY WITH A SLIGHT CHANCE OF SHOWERS.
