A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE ACROSS THE WATERS THIS MORNING AS AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE MOVES NORTHEASTWARD ACROSS THE SOUTHERN PLAINS. ISOLATED SHOWERS MAY OCCUR IN ADVANCE OF THE FRONT. STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW WILL DEVELOP IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE FRONTAL
PASSAGE...WITH A MORE MODERATE FLOW EXPECTED TO DEVELOP IN THE LATE AFTERNOON AND EVENING. IN RESPONSE TO ANOTHER LEVEL DISTURBANCE...A REINFORCING SURGE OF SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE WILL RESULT IN MODERATE OFFSHORE FLOW WEDNESDAY. WEAK ONSHORE FLOW WILL
DEVELOP ON FRIDAY WITH A SLIGHT CHANCE OF SHOWERS. RAIN CHANCES INCREASE OVER THE WEEKEND WITH ANOTHER COLD FRONT MOVING OFF THE COAST BY SATURDAY NIGHT.
