NORTH WINDS WILL CONTINUE TO STRENGTHEN TO MODERATE TO STRONG LEVELS TODAY...AS A SECOND PUSH OF HIGH PRESSURE MOVES INTO THE REGION. NORTH WINDS AND SEAS ARE EXPECTED TO DECREASE ON THURSDAY. AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE AND APPROACHING COLD FRONT WILL
CONTRIBUTE TO ISOLATED SHOWERS FRIDAY NIGHT THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING. MODERATE TO STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW WILL DEVELOP SATURDAY AFTER FRONTAL PASSAGE. THE FLOW WILL WEAKEN SATURDAY NIGHT THEN BECOME ONSHORE SUNDAY AS ANOTHER UPPER DISTURBANCE ENTERS THE SOUTHERN PLAINS.
