A WEAK TO OCCASIONALLY MODERATE SOUTHEAST FLOW WILL DEVELOP TONIGHT...AS SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE MOVES EAST AND LOW PRESSURE DEVELOPS OVER THE NORTHERN CENTRAL PLAINS. MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW IS EXPECTED THURSDAY. ONSHORE FLOW WILL THEN WEAKEN BY SATURDAY
