SMALL CRAFT ADVISORIES ARE IN EFFECT FOR ALL MARINE AREAS TODAY.
MODERATE TO STRONG SOUTHERLY FLOW WILL BECOME STRONG OFFSHORE
FLOW AS AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE SHIFTS NORTHEAST. OFFSHORE FLOW
STRENGTHENS TO GALES TONIGHT INTO EARLY WEDNESDAY. CHAOTIC AND
DANGEROUS SEAS WILL DEVELOP AS A RESULT OF THE GALE CONDITIONS.
MARINERS ARE URGED TO MONITOR THIS POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS SYSTEM.
