SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED OVER THE NORTHERN OFFSHORE WATERS THROUGH MIDDAY. OTHERWISE...A PREDOMINATE MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW WILL PERSIST THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON. AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL CONTRIBUTE TO ISOLATED TO SCATTERED
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS TODAY. ONSHORE FLOW WILL DECREASE TONIGHT AS A COLD FRONT APPROACHES SOUTH TEXAS. THE FRONT WILL ENTER SOUTH TEXAS TUESDAY THEN STALL. THE FRONT WILL COMBINE WITH AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE AND TRIGGER ISOLATED SHOWERS AND
