.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
A COLD FRONT IS MOVING SOUTH ACROSS THE WATERS TODAY RESULTING IN SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS. STRONG NORTH FLOW HAS DEVELOPED AND WILL CONTINUE THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH EARLY EVENING. MODERATE TO STRONG NORTH FLOW WILL THEN PERSIST THROUGH NOON TUESDAY BEFORE DIMINISHING. A WEAK TO MODERATE OFFSHORE FLOW TUESDAY NIGHT AND WEDNESDAY MORNING WILL WEAKEN BY WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AS HIGH PRESSURE SETTLES INTO SOUTH TEXAS. LIGHT AND VARIABLE WINDS CAN BE EXPECTED WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND THURSDAY. AN ONSHORE FLOW GRADUALLY RETURNS THURSDAY NIGHT AND INCREASES INTO THE WEEKEND.
