.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...A WEAK TO MODERATE NORTHEAST FLOW WILL CONTINUE TODAY BEHIND A SURFACE TROUGH THAT HAS MOVED THROUGH THE COASTAL WATERS. A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE INTO THE WATERS TONIGHT...INCREASING THE OFFSHORE FLOW...WITH A WEAK TO MODERATE OFFSHORE FLOW ON TUESDAY. SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS TODAY WILL DIMINISH IN AREAL COVERAGE AND CHANCES TONIGHT AND TUESDAY...AS THE FRONT MOVES THROUGH BRINGING SLIGHTLY DRIER AIR AND LOWER INSTABILITY. ISOLATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WEDNESDAY WILL TAPER OFF THROUGH THE EVENING. DRIER CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED FOR THE REST OF THE WEEK AS HIGH PRESSURE SETTLES INTO THE REGION.
