WIND DECREASING FROM WEST TO EAST THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING * WAVES/SEAS: 5 TO 7 FEET WITH OCCASIONAL SEAS AROUND 9 FEET OVER THE NEARSHORE WATERS. BAYS CHOPPY TO ROUGH OVER THE SOUTHERN BAY WATERS. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 20 TO 33 KNOTS AND/OR SEAS OF 7 FEET OR GREATER ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS... ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS. MARINERS SHOULD PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE MARINE FORECAST... AND CONSIDER WIND AND SEA CONDITIONS IN PLANNING.

... MODERATE TO STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW TODAY... .MODERATE TO STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW WILL OCCUR THIS MORNING IN RESPONSE TO A COLD FRONT. CONDITIONS WILL IMPROVE FROM WEST TO EAST THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING AS THE CENTER OF A HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM APPROACHES THE COAST FROM THE NORTHWEST.
