A MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW WILL CONTINUE TODAY THROUGH TONIGHT AS LOW PRESSURE REMAINS OVER WEST TEXAS. COOL SHELF WATERS NEAR THE COAST WILL INTERACT WITH WARM AND MOIST MARINE AIR RESULTING IN PATCHY SEA FOG TODAY THROUGH SATURDAY...GENERALLY OVER THE BAYS AND NEARSHORE WATERS. MOISTURE AND INSTABILITY MAY BE SUFFICIENT BY FRIDAY FOR A CHANCE FOR SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS THROUGH THE WEEKEND.
