Notice:.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
Generally moderate offshore flow will gradually decrease from west to east over the Coastal Waters today. Wind will become weak to moderate by tonight and gradually shift to the northeast Thursday. Lingering moisture will contribute to a chance of today through Thursday. Winds will gradually shift east to southeast later in the week with a generally light to moderate flow. Isolated showers and thunderstorms will be possible Thursday through the late week and weekend.
