.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

Strong winds will gradually weaken by the afternoon with mainly southerly flow across the waters. A few showers remain along the dissipating boundary over the Gulf Waters this morning, but rain chances will diminish from west to east during the day, as drier air slowly moves into the region.
