.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
A weak to moderate east-northeast flow will continue over the coastal waters today as a coastal trough moves into the offshore waters later today. Areas of dense fog are expected over the nearshore Gulf waters and areas bays tonight through Wednesday. Scattered showers will continue to be possible over the coastal waters tonight in response to the coastal trough. Rain chances begin to diminish on Wednesday as an upper level ridge moves over the area. Another cold front will be possible Friday along with a chance of rain. A weak to moderate onshore flow can be expected Thursday and Friday, then shifting to the north and northeast Friday evening and Saturday behind the cold front. Onshore flow will return by Sunday night.
