.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
A moderate to occasionally strong offshore flow is expected today behind the departing cold front. Flow will weaken by Friday to weak to moderate levels. Easterly flow will develop Saturday and become more southerly by Sunday and Monday with the next cold front possibly arriving by Tuesday. A few brief showers may occur across area waters on Saturday.
