Notice:.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
A cold front will push across area the coastal waters tonight. A moderate to strong northeast flow will develop behind the front this evening and continue into Tuesday. A Small Craft Advisory is in effect tonight into Tuesday for the Gulf waters. Winds will gradually shift around to the southeast Tuesday night and Wednesday, becoming weak to moderate. Onshore flow will increase Thursday into Friday ahead of another cold front that will move through Friday night into Saturday. Scattered showers and thunderstorms will be possible along the front Friday Night. Moderate to strong offshore flow will develop in the wake of the front Saturday and Saturday Night.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest 1/3 of the waves...along with occasional height of the average highest 10 percent of the waves.
