Please see the attached dock closure of Oil Dock 8.  The date and time of closure is from Monday, April 16, 2018 from 0700 hours through Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at 1900 hours.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
A strong onshore flow is expected today across the coastal waters as an area of low pressure deepens over the central high plains.  The flow will weaken briefly Friday night as a cold front approaches. Scattered showers and thunderstorms will be possible late Friday night with the cold front. The cold front will move across the Waters Saturday. Precipitation will diminish Saturday afternoon. Strong offshore flow will develop after frontal passage with gusts to gale force possible over the Coastal Waters. The offshore flow will decrease to moderate levels Sunday, then become weak to moderate onshore Sunday night and Monday as surface high pressure enters the Western Gulf of Mexico. Onshore flow will increase Tuesday and Tuesday night as surface low pressure deepens over the Southern Plains.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest 1/3 of the waves...along with occasional height of the average highest 10 percent of the waves.
